Orders are eligible for a return 7 days from the date of delivery.

Ensure the product remains unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and in re-sellable condition.

Refunds are initiated once the item is received and has passed our quality check.

Refunds take at least 3-7 business days to credit in your account. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, our customer service team will collect your bank account details to transfer the refund.

For KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman the delivery time frame is 2-3 business days and the fee is AED 70.

For USA, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe the delivery time frame is 5-7 business days and the fee is AED 120.
